専門部署では、2名の外国人スタッフにより、接客から契約までのサポート、連帯保証人を不要とする新たな契約システムを導入し、熊本市内における外国人の方々の部屋探しにおいて最も課題であった「連帯保証人の確保」と「言葉と文化の壁」を緩和することで安心したお部屋探しを提供していきます。

弊社では、専門部署の開設により、これまで以上に多くの外国人の方々が、より快適で安全に、そして長く熊本に滞在できるよう、新たなサービスの提供を目指して参ります。

Starting from November 1st, Kosugi Real Estate Co., Ltd (Head office: 2-6-57, Kuhonji, Chuou-ku, Kumamoto-shi, President: Kosugi Syuji) has established its housing leasing business division for international customers.

We have added two foreign staffs who speak Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and English in the new division of our company's rental business head office to assist international customers to find and rent apartments and houses, so that they can have a fulfilling life in Kumamoto. As the good news, we renew our contract system without joint-guarantor for international students, who live in Kumamoto-shi and problems may arise from the difference of Japanese culture and language barrier, and the same time there was most necessary issue for them to find a joint-guarantor when renting apartments.
